Salmon River/Riggins Idaho

Full Day Trip

May through September

A Full Day on the River

Spend a full day immersed in Idaho whitewater, combining exciting rapids, scenic canyon stretches, and time to slow down and enjoy the river. Our Full Day Raft Trip offers a deeper experience than a short float, without the commitment of an overnight adventure.

This trip is ideal for guests who want a complete river day that balances adventure, relaxation, and connection to the landscape.

Oar Boat

Center-frame rafts are a popular choice for multi-day river trips. These sporty 16-foot rafts are comfortable and spacious, making them a great option for fishing, photography, and relaxing while enjoying the river.

Inflatable Kayak

Experience the excitement of whitewater in your own inflatable kayak. Take on the Salmon River’s legendary rapids solo or with a partner for a fun, hands-on adventure.

Paddle Raft

A stern-mounted frame allows your guide to control the raft while guests paddle together through the whitewater, creating an active and engaging river experience.

SUP Board

Stand-up paddle boards are available on multi-day trips for guests who want to try something different. Paddle near camp or test your skills on select Class II or III rapids if you’re feeling adventurous.

What to Expect

Your day begins with a warm welcome from our guide team, followed by a safety briefing and on-river instruction. Once on the water, you’ll navigate a mix of fun, splashy rapids and calmer sections perfect for taking in the scenery.

Throughout the day, there’s time to float, paddle, swim, and enjoy the rhythm of the river at a comfortable pace.
